Experience nature's calming and restorative power with our brand-new Forest Bathing+ Nature Connection Series at RSPB The Lodge.
These six evening sessions are designed for anyone wanting to create a deeper relationship with the natural world, develop positive habits that boost body and mind, and connect with a supportive, like-minded community.
Each two-hour session will focus on a different theme, taking a deeper dive into each of our senses and how they create pathways to connect with nature.
