Experience nature's calming and restorative power with our brand-new Forest Bathing+ Nature Connection Series at RSPB The Lodge.
These six evening sessions are designed for anyone wanting to create a deeper relationship with the natural world, develop positive habits that boost body and mind, and connect with a supportive, like-minded community.
Each two-hour session will focus on a different theme, taking a deeper dive into each of our senses and how they create pathways to connect with nature.
Join us for single sessions, or book the full series and attend six evenings for the price of five (see the ticketing page for Series session #1 for offer details and booking).
